In order to make our region more prepared and ready to respond in the event of a disaster, we are offering sessions that will better prepare our workforce.  We intend to sharpen leadership skills, focus on disaster procedure and forms and make sure that we ALL know how to LEAD through the next disaster.

Managing an Inclusive Work Environment LIMITED

An instructor-led training designed for mid-managers to explore the concepts of diversity and inclusion with respect to successfully managing a diverse team. Purpose: To give Red Cross paid and volunteer staff members who manage people, the tools to create a work environment where all team members feel included, valued, appreciated, and encouraged to contribute. Before you can register for a session, you must register for the online course Diversity Sensitivity and Awareness. If you do not complete Diversity Sensitivity and Awareness before the scheduled session time, you will be dropped from the session.
